In year 4, children had to choose a religious festival from the list: Hanukkah, Eid, Easter or Diwali. They researched the festival and the kinds of food that might be eaten at a celebratory meal and used this to plan a meal to be enjoyed during, or at the end of, the festival they had chosen.

Year 5 have been looking at global issues and thinking about the environment. As well as looking at a range of material and their properties in Science. For homework, they got creative to make something (either 2D or 3D) out of recyclable materials.
Some of us made rainforest landscapes which were linked to our topic in geography.
