The Great Fire of London Workshop
To immerse ourselves into our history topic (The Great Fire of London), we took part in a fantastic workshop. We re-enacted the story of the Great Fire and all played an important part of the storytelling. Using props and costumes, we really made the characters come to life!
We learnt lots of new and interesting facts about the Great Fire of London which we will build upon in our upcoming History lessons.
Welcome to the year 2 page! We will post monthly updates here which will include pictures of the children working and some of their work as an insight into what they are learning about in school. We're really looking forward to working with your children and watching them grow. We will have our meet the teacher session on Wednesday 9th September after school in the hall - we really hope you can make it!
